Create an OU for Resource Management

Create an Organisational Unit

1.Navigate to the Organisation Unit in which you want to enable Resource Management.

2.Go to tab Navigation

3.Click in section Organisational Units plus-teken02, a pop-up appears.

4.Enter data in pop-up, click OK

5.Navigate to the created Organisational Unit, tab Properties, click Configuration

6.Select Resource Management (optionally select Time Entry to enable time registration)

7.Navigate to the created Organisational Unit, tab Properties, click Edit Roles; assign users to correct role. Click Close.

 

Configure Resource Management

8.Navigate to tab Resource Management, click Resource Management Configuration, a pop-up appears. Select the Non-Project Activity Set.

9.Click OK.

10.Navigate to tab Resource Management, click Edit Resources, a pop-up appears. Add users, click OK.

Note: Resource Management is often combined with Time Entry within one Organizational Unit.
